Subscribing via your iPhone

For those users who are iPhone only, the following instructions show you how to subscribe to a LeaveCal calendar in the standard calendar app on your iPhone.

Before starting ensure you have been provided the LeaveCal .ics link by your administrator and have it accessible and copy it to the clipboard on your phone.

1. Open the Calendar app on your iPhone

   

2. At the bottom in the middle press ‘Calendars’

   

3. Now in the bottom left corner press ‘Add Calendar’

   

4. Then select ‘Add Subscription Calendar’

   

5. In the Subscription URL field, paste the LeaveCal .ics link you saved earlier to your clipboard. Then press ‘Subscribe’

   

You will now see all approved leave from Xero that has been configured to appear via LeaveCal.
