Public Holidays & Leave from other Applications

LeaveCal can include public holidays, or leave or availability information from other systems like HRIS, payroll platform or calendar applications.

Go to the Settings tab for the calendar that requires this information

Select the + button next to “Custom iCal feed”

You can enter a custom URL from an external application, or use the menu to select a public holiday feed.

Once added, press Save.

You will be able to see all connected .ics calendars listed. LeaveCal customers have successfully integrated Gusto, Bamboo HR, Justworks, HReasily, Office 365 and Google calendar.

Note: Data integrated to LeaveCal via the custom iCal feed is not available in alerts, but is available in the Graphical Calendar and Calendar Feeds.
