Payments

If you are using Stripe to take a payments which are not attached to an invoice, SubSync can also import these into Xero for reconciliation.

This is done by creating a unique invoice for every (non-invoice related) payment in Stripe.

The invoices are created using some basic mapping rules which define which account the value is applied to in Xero as well as what the tax rate needs to be.

You will also need to define a contact which the invoices will be created against.
