You can easily include your employee’s birthday’s and anniversaries in your alerts and calendar. Like approved leave, the information will be taken directly from Xero and included in any alerts or calendar’s set up in LeaveCal.
Birthday’s and anniversaries can be configured within the ‘Settings’ tab and ‘Celebrations & Milestones’ sub-tab in the calendar of your choosing.
If you want to create a calendar with just birthdays and anniversaries just deselect all the Included Leave Types in the ‘Leave Types’ sub-tab.
